Basic Training 2017
Basic training is a 2 week, 6 session camp dedicated to the fundamentals. Whether you are new to the sport or a seasoned veteran, the basics never go out of style. Join us as we review stance/motion, singles/doubles, and stand-up/breakdowns. We'll set a solid foundation centered around proper technique, hard work, and having fun.
